"Safety first little Ghost Rider" ..."Aww, Mom. I don't wanna wear a helmet"

Snapped a couple of pictures of my son, Noah (5 years old).  He made an interesting combo with a snowmobile helmet (found while dumpster diving) and an unfinished skull mask (Clearance from Michaels).  I am always fascinated and delighted with (and a little jealous of) the natural creativity of young children.

Prehistoric Halloween Fun 2008

The Ogden Dinosaur Park hosted a trick-or-treating event this year and we decided to check it out.

We got some good pictures of the dinosaurs all decked out for Halloween.

The best part of the outdoor decorations was this gigantic display of jack-o-lanterns. I could have stared at it all night.

The highlight of the night was having our little jack-o-lantern in the costume contest. Emma, age 2 charmed the judges but was eventually beaten by a skunk. She did win a coupon for a free hot chocolate.
